About Joost van Benthum

Joost van Benthum is a tax lawyer at AKD who specialises in providing fiscal advice on payroll tax and social insurance at both national and international level, including international secondments and cross-border employment.

He assists clients with their dealings and disputes with the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration, for example regarding tax compliance obligations and audits. He also assists and supports employers and employees in matters concerning the 30% facility, national and international payroll records, income tax returns and other international employment matters.
